Shipping for Agent Seminars
Please contact the hotel you are staying at if you would like to ship items ahead of time.
Please do not send your collateral to the hotel venues of the agent seminars. If you are staying at the venue, please contact the hotel and ask if you are able to ship items as a guest.
Any handouts sent to the organizer or exhibition venues, who are not in the position to process the customs clearance, will not be ensured of the on-time delivery and safety.
ENZ will not be able to clear consignments through customs for institutions.
Please ensure that all the appropriate paperwork is completed, fees are paid and collateral is labelled and addressed correctly.
ENZ will not be held responsible for collateral not arriving - please allow sufficient time for your collateral to arrive (suggest that sheduled delivery is 3 weeks before event date).
