A: Whilst wi-fi will be available it can at times be unstable. Please ensure that your materials and presentations are available offline so you are not fully dependant on wi-fi.
For the Sao Paulo Seminar/Workshop, wifi will only be available for one device per person.
Q: If I am attending the fair what will my booth look like?
A: Your booth will be a wall - less booth. We will produce a backdrop similar to the one below that will have your institution name and logo along with an image (most images are selected from the ENZ Brand Lab and we will touch base with you about the choice of image) At the Bogota fair you will have a counter with a couple of stools for you and your translator and at teh Sao Paulo fair you will have a table with a couple of chairs. Please don't bring floor banners to the events as you will be unable to use them.
Q: What should I bring with me to the event?
A: You should bring sufficient materials to share with agents and students. Brochures, information packs and USBs are all used widely as well as branded pens and small gifts and business cards. Please remember to bring adaptor plugs to charge your electronics.
Q: Can I bring a branded tablecloth?
A: Yes you can. You will be able to place the tablecloth over the one provided on your table.
Q: Can I use a floor pull up banner?
A: No you can't use floor banners at the event. At the agent seminar you will have a table number and card with your institution name on it.
Q: Can I use A3 pop up table top banners?
A: Yes you can.
Q: Will there be power at my table?
A: Power will not be available at all tables. Please ensure that your electronics are fully charged before coming to the events.
Q: What does my registration fee cover?
A: It covers your participation fee in all events you (and any accompanying person) have registered for including any available refreshments during these events.
Q: What doesn't my registration fee cover?
A: It doesn't cover any other expenses such as, travel, accommodation, insurance, collateral shipping and customs fees.
Q: What happens if the event is cancelled?
A: Please refer to the event terms and conditions on the ENZ website.
