Shipping Instructions

Please ensure to complete the attached label and stick it to EACH BOX you are sending to Japan.

Try to be frugal with the number of boxes you send as storage space is limited.

Please note that without the label, event venue will not be responsible for your shipment. 

Delivery date needs to be on Monday 3 October or after for Fukuoka fair and education seminar.

Delivery date needs to be on Friday 7 October or after for Tokyo fair and education seminar.
