For Agent Seminars:

·       Providers can use baby banners and/or branded tablecloths on their tables. Pull up/stand up banners cannot be used due to space restrictions.

·       Please note that only education agents invited by ENZ are eligible to participate in the agent seminars.  Agents invited separately by institutions will be turned away at the registration desk. Should you have an agent that is not on the list that you would like invited, please let us know.

For the Beijing CEEIT Fair:

·       Exhibitors should arrive on time as per the event schedule.

·       Please wear your fair passes at all times.

·       Please remember to keep your space clean at all times – you are representing a clean, green and tidy image of New Zealand!

·       There will be Wi-Fi available at the fair. As ever, we advise to ensure that you have everything available offline as sometimes the connection can be temperamental.

·       Keep a close watch on all your valuables during the fairs especially when there is high traffic.  Do not leave electronic devices such as laptops, iPads and mobile phones unattended at your booth and we recommend using locks (if provided by organisers). ENZ will not take responsibility for any lost/stolen laptops or devices.
