Here you will find information regarding shipping your collateral to China.
Shipping for Agent Seminars
Please contact the hotel you are staying at if you would like to ship items ahead of time.
Please do not send your collateral to the hotel venues of the agent seminars. If you are staying at the venue, please contact the hotel and ask if you are able to ship items as a guest.
Beijing Fair Shipping Only
This information has been supplied to all fair participants by CEE.
Exhibitors with heavy materials are required to contact the official freight forwarder.
Contact person is Mr. Mingjie SUN (mingjie.sun@dbschenker.com Tel. 86-10 8042 0405).
They will be in charge of customs clearance and delivery of the exhibition material to the Exhibition hall for exhibitors.
If exhibitors forward their handouts by such express courier as DHL, Fedex or UPS, please make sure that they will take care of customs clearance. If exhibitors send handouts by courier on their own, please send it to “Schenker China Ltd.” attention. For more details please refer to Freight Instruction in Manual which can be downloaded at exhibitor online account.
Any handouts sent to the organizer or exhibition venues, who are not in the position to process the customs clearance, will not be ensured of the on-time delivery and safety.
