Shipping and Freight:

Exhibitors can send the consignment directly to the hotel. Please indicate on your consignment as follows:

Consignments should arrive just seven days before the fair and NOT any earlier.

All consignments should be clearly marked

‘Promotional Material Only – not for sale’.

 

Given that the goods are for promotional use and not for sale, keep the ‘value’ under THB 500 otherwise customs duty will be charged.

 

Your invoice declaring the commercial value of material should accompany your consignment.

 

It is imperative you note your tracking number and bring this with you to Thailand. ENZ or the hotel will NOT be responsible for clearing the consignment through customs or payment of duty on behalf of the exhibitors.

 

Please ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed and the shipper is informed accordingly. The hotel requests exhibitors to use ‘door to door delivery – duty paid’ by the shipper to avoid any charges to the hotel and specify it clearly in the invoice.

 

Apart from the above information required, please also provide clearly details of each item.  For example:

  • Banner/poster (made from vinyl or paper)
  • Folder (made from paper or plastic)
  • Ball pen (plastic or wooden)
  • Items for display and giveaways for meeting
