In order for the events to run smoothly, we have a few points to keep in mind.

• For safety reasons we ask institutions to arrive only at the specified times as mentioned in the event schedule. Exhibitors are advised against arriving earlier than the event organisers, as set up may still be underway.
• All exhibitors need to sign in at the ENZ registration desk, where you will be greeted by ENZ staff. You will sign in, receive your name tag and be directed to your allocated area.
• Exhibitors’ name tags should be worn at all times.
• Only promotional material is permitted on desks during the event.
• No food should be visible at your stand.
• Please dispose of any rubbish or ask the venue staff for assistance.
• The hotel limits what can be hung on the walls, so please only bring pull up banners. No posters or pictures are to be fixed to venue walls.
• Nails, drilling, sawing, painting, adhesives, thumbtacks, glue and cellotape are not allowed on venue walls.
