Important information for Institutions

 

Most of you are already familiar with the do's and don'ts at ENZ events- a few reminders to keep things running smoothly.

 

·       Exhibitors should arrive on time as outlined in the event schedule at a glance tab.  If you are unsure of where you should be when then just ask Ana or Javi and they will help. Setting up on time avoids delays at the start of the event and/or setting up while students are entering the room, which may give an unprofessional image of New Zealand and your institution.

·       Feel free to bring your banner which may be used when space allows.  Note that NO banners can be used at the Fair in Sao Paulo. 

·       Please wear your name tags at all times - it would be appreciated if you can hold on to your ENZ lanyard that will be supplied and use re use it at each of the event you attend during the roadshow.

·       ENZ will supply tablecloths where needed.

·      Keep your stand looking neat and tidy - dispose of any rubbish and boxes or ask one of the ENZ helpers or venue staff to dispose of these for you.

·       Always remember to have your videos etc loaded on your device.  We try to ensure wi-fi is available at all times but sometimes it doesn't happen!

·       Keep a close watch on all your valuables during the fairs especially when there is high traffic.  Do not leave electronic devices such as laptops, iPads and mobile phones unattended at your booth.  ENZ will not take responsibility for any lost/stolen laptops or devices.
